Granada ADU

Additional Dwelling Unit in San Diego, CA

Our Granada project is an ADU we built as a new second floor on a garage. We renovated the two car garage and added a studio with deck above it. The studio included a sleeping area with built-ins, a living space and a full bathroom and kitchenette.
